oh yeah...

i forgot to tell you people that i got my ears pierced on nov.1st at Piercing Pagoda. they're actually sort of good. i was having a heart attack the whole time, freaking out about the whole piercing gun idea. then they decided to do it both at the same time, and i was squeezing my mom's hands so hard i didn't feel much in my own. then they were SUPPOSED to count to each other so i wouldn't freak out and decide at the last second to jump out of my seat(they should attach seatbelts)but i could hear them loud and clear: "three...two...one...!!" and of course the part of my mind that was not shutting down was screaming "WHAT DID YOU DO??!!" at me. i was more scared of how it was going to feel like. it didn't hurt. just a small pinch, like someone poking your ear with a dull pen. after that i slid off the seat and almost toppled over. hah.
anyway it's exactly the 2nd week and 2-4 more to go. ~sigh~

i came back from JH 09 retreat and it was AWESOME except my throat often distracted me from the speaker or being able to enjoy meals(actually quite good).very very scratchy and uncomfortable to sleep with at night. we were in long valley at liebenzell retreat center and very cold up there, but the maintenance crew decided to crank up the heat to high and we were roasting like turkeys all night.bottom bunk bed was cooler, by 10 degrees, and top bunk was so hot, no one wanted to sleep there. poor girls that were forced to sleep there. anyway, water in the sink could have been clear, not an old YELLOW...
very sad to wake up on sunday morning :(
WALKED UP AND DOWN A ROCKY STEEP MINI HILL TO GET TO THE DINING HALL AND BACK TO OUR ROOMS.HOW STUPID.
made new friends, found a new friend that freakishly looked somewhat like my friend's sister...O_o
it was a very fun weekend. cant wait till nxt year!!!! :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)
